My find of the year so far. Charlotte Hatherley is a one-woman version of the Foo Fighters... which I guess makes her the female Dave Grohl.

The sister plays drums. The brother plays guitar. Both sing. The White Stripes, you say? Nah, these siblings were never rumored to be married (I don't think). Eux Autres' debut album of charming pop music was co-produced by Janet Weiss of Sleater-Kinney, whose own album, The Woods, is a little slice of noisy rock heaven.

Alt-country at it's finest. Ms. Case owns one of the fiercest voices in the known universe and moonlights as a New Pornographer.
